Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Greater Houston is seeking a Women’s Philanthropy Program Coordinator to join a growing philanthropy team. You will implement Women’s Philanthropy programs, events, donor engagement initiatives, and mission experiences across the Houston Jewish community.

Work in collaboration with philanthropy colleagues, volunteer leadership, and the events team to create meaningful opportunities that strengthen donor relationships and advance the Federation’s mission.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Experience with donor databases or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Women’s Philanthropy in cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors.
• Manage and relaunch the Pomegranate giving level Society.
• Coordinate Women’s Philanthropy events and engagement activities.
• Lead administration for mission experiences and donor recognition.
• Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM.
