The North Face is seeking a Designer – Women’s Apparel to elevate design expression for performance and lifestyle products. You’ll support the design team with seasonal concepts, research, and tech-packing across Snow, Climb, Trail, and lifestyle lines.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in apparel design, strong Adobe skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role emphasizes collaboration with design leadership and cross-functional partners to shape seasonal collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in performance and lifestyle apparel design.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong product development knowledge and tech-pack creation.
• Excellent collaboration and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support Women’s Apparel Design Team on seasonal product design and vision.
• Develop and execute design work for Snow/Climb/Trail and lifestyle products.
• Create and update seasonal research, tools, concepts, and tech-packs.
• Present at gates and incorporate feedback.
