Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience required.
  • 3–5 years of experience coaching Men's Lacrosse at the collegiate level preferred.
  • Ability to motivate recruits, student-athletes, and alumni to support the program.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel with the team as required.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and teach sport-specific skills and strategies to current student athletes at practice and competition.
  • Assist with program budgeting, travel logistics, and day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with NCAA, Ivy League, and Penn policies; coordinate travel and paperwork.
  • Engage in recruiting and retention, including visits and maintaining recruiting databases.
  • Build relationships with alumni, fans, campus partners and the broader Penn community.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
