Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Women’s Health Sales Representative in the Orlando area. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, engaging key influencers, and delivering clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.

You will build deep product knowledge, analyze market trends, and work with peers to optimize territory plans while maintaining compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree is required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Women’s health sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals in assigned territory.
• Identify key influencers and interact with top target customers.
• Develop pull-through strategies to increase adoption of products.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Understand the healthcare delivery system within each customer.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize territory plans and share best practices.
• Manage territory budget and administer related tasks.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
