Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Women’s Health Sales Representative in Miami, FL to drive sales in the assigned territory. You will implement the sales plan, deliver clinical brand presentations, and build relationships with WH Specialists while acting as a disease expert/resource.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, identifying key influencers, executing pull-through strategies, and collaborating with peers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and build relationships.
• Proven track record of exceeding results and meeting goals.
• Self-starter with strong motivation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in the assigned territory by executing an integrated business plan.
• Identify key influencers and interact with top target customers.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals to drive product utilization.
• Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare delivery system within each account.
• Analyze local market trends and craft territory strategies to support product launches.
• Collaborate with sales peers to share best practices and improve performance.
• Manage territory budget and execute the brand strategy within the geographic area.
