Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Women’s Health Sales Representative in Houston, TX to drive sales and serve as a disease expert for key accounts. You will implement territory plans, build relationships with WH Specialists, and deliver compelling clinical presentations to physicians and healthcare teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales, a proven top-tier track record, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within territory boundaries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and develop positive relationships.
• Proven ability to exceed results and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by implementing a territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations.
• Develop and execute pull-through strategies to increase product adoption.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Understand health care delivery system within assigned customers.
• Analyze local market trends and craft launch plans with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and provide feedback on marketing strategy.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
