Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Women’s Health Sales Representative in Baltimore, MD to implement the sales plan and deliver expert clinical presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.

You will build relationships with WH Specialists, identify top influencers, and drive adoption of client products in the territory. The role requires 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, a proven sales track record, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales goals.

Formación

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, & strong customer dedication.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
• Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Develop and execute pull-through strategies that increase adoption and usage of clients products in appropriate patients.
• Deliver current and comprehensive clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals to drive appropriate utilization of the products.
• Develop a complete understanding of the health care delivery system within each assigned customer, including physician hierarchy, key pharmacy personnel, clinical nursing staff, etc.
• Develop deep product and competitor knowledge and understanding of local and regional market trends.
• Analyze local trends, identifying long and short-term goals to craft a strong product launch business plan.
• Collaborate with peers in the sales organization to share best practices.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory analysis, and develop territory plans with the District Manager and other support partners to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner and execute the company brand strategy within their geographic area.
• Participation in training and development programs.
• Maintain adherence and compliance with all corporate, industry policies and procedures.
