Pediatrix Medical Group's Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists of Puget Sound seeks a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Seattle teams across Swedish First Hill, Providence Everett, and Issaquah clinics.

In this full-time on-site role you will provide full obstetric care, triage and follow-up consultations, coordinate with a multidisciplinary OB team, and support high-acuity cases in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Board certification in WHNP, CNM or FNP is required.
• Experience in L&D or high-risk OB outside clinical rotations is preferred.
• WA State Licensure and Prescriptive Authority needed or in process.

Exciting Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in the Beautiful Pacific Northwest

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team at Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists of Puget Sound, part of Pediatrix Medical Group.

This role will rotate between our three clinical sites, including Swedish Medical Center - First Hill (Seattle) where we provide full-care MFM services, as well as our consultation-based practices at Providence Everett Medical Center and our Issaquah Pediatrix MFM Clinic.

High Acuity Patient Population

• NPs are embedded as mid-levels in all of our MFM clinics (Swedish First Hill, Issaquah and Providence Everett) to see follow-up consults, handle referrals, address labs and assist with care coordination.


• Swedish First Hill: Flagship hospital, overseeing about 7500 deliveries annually, with a high-acuity level IV NICU. NPs will provide prenatal and postpartum care as well as inpatient care by rounding on postpartum or post‑op patients

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover practices in Everett and Issaquah, ensuring patient continuity, providing follow-up consultations, referral triage, and antenatal testing.


• Manage patients referred for hypertension, diabetes, medical complications, fetal anomalies, and other complications.


• Conduct triage visits, wound care, and round on postpartum patients at Swedish First Hill


• No labor and delivery management or inpatient procedures


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team includingOb/Gyn residency program, family practice residency, OB fellowship program, and 24/7 OB Hospitalists.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a strong background in OB care with an interest in high-risk and critical care.


• Able to work independently and collaborate without extensive support


• Experienced withprenatal diagnosis, interpretation of ultrasound reports, and managingcomplicated pregnanciesis a plus.


• Possesses strong Communication SkillsandEmpathy.


• Values an attention to Detail and Critical Thinking.

Benefits and Compensation

Pay Range (Base Pay): $147,000 - $180,000

Other Types of Pay:

Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:
