Job summary

Lobby Co. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Women’s Health medical devices in El Paso, TX, to promote capital equipment and disposables to hospitals, ASCs, and physician offices. You will drive territory growth and lead strategic account development.

The successful candidate will build relationships with IDNs and key decision-makers, deliver clinical education, and execute business plans to meet aggressive sales goals within a dynamic, growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years of medical device sales and/or operating room experience.
• Women's Health and/or Urology sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling into hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.
• Strong understanding of IDNs, hospital systems, and complex healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record of building relationships and consistently achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business within an established territory.
• Promote capital equipment and disposable technologies to physicians, hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, administrators, supply chain, and key decision-makers.
• Navigate integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and complex hospital systems.
• Drive product adoption through clinical support, education, and consultative selling.
• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
