Job summary

The University of Michigan is seeking a Women's Basketball Director of Player Development to work closely with the Head Coach and staff to oversee and manage internal services for student-athletes, while supporting basketball operations and day-to-day program administration.

Responsibilities include coordinating practice readiness, supervising players and staff, assisting video/analytics oversight, and helping with recruiting, camps, events, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years experience with a Division I women's basketball program.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day needs of women's basketball student-athletes for practice and game prep.
• Oversee male practice players as assigned, including scheduling and supervision.
• Assist Director of Video and Analytics with undergraduate/graduate managers oversight and scheduling.
• Assist in on-court activities as directed.
• Assist with on-campus recruiting.
• Assist with on-campus camps.
• Assist with special events including alumni relations.
• Collaborate with Compliance Services on program needs.
