Responsibilities include assessment, plan, and evaluation of patient outcomes, mentorship through preceptors, and engagement in quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in applicable state.
• BSN required; CP certification CWOCN preferred (within 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert wound, ostomy and continence care across inpatient units.
• Coordinate care and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines and act as a liaison for the specialty.
