• BSN Required; Pediatric/Neonatal experience preferred.
• CWOCN Certification preferred (required within 24 months in position).
• If not currently practicing as a WOC RN, at least one year successful work experience in medical-surgical nursing within the past five years required.
• Demonstrates advanced clinical knowledge and competence in specialty area.

Aufgaben

• Provide WOC nursing care on inpatient units.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams throughout Mayo Clinic.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and care providers.
• Lead education and counseling for patients and families.
• Support leadership, education, and quality improvement in the specialty.
