Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state.
• BSN required; CWOCN preferred (within 24 months).
• One year of RN experience in applicable care setting.
• Demonstrates knowledge in wound, ostomy and continence nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wound care across inpatient units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan patient care.
• Educate patients and families; provide leadership in specialty area.
• Serve as liaison among consumer, community and professional orgs.
