Ryder is hiring a Warehouse WMS Coordinator in Tracy, California to join a team focused on safe, efficient distribution operations. You will use a WMS system and MS Office tools to plan dock activities and coordinate with carriers and the customer on load status and orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting KPI goals for safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers on appointments and load statuses.
• Work with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload via WMS on the floor.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site staff to resolve order issues.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports; perform other duties as required.
