Responsibilities include supporting KPIs, managing daily dock schedules, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining WMS accuracy on the floor. Previous warehouse experience and WMS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility KPI which meet/exceed goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure workload is distributed properly by managing WMS down to the floor.
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve problems with the day’s orders.
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
