Job summary

Accenture seeks a Blue Yonder WMS Lead to own specific workstreams within WMS implementation programs, coordinating across functional and technical domains and mentoring junior team members. You will ensure designs translate into configured, tested, and documented WMS solutions to deliver client value.

Travel may be required; the role emphasizes leadership, integration work, and delivering robust WMS configurations with strong MOCA/SQL/API/Java skills and a minimum 8 years of BY WMS experience,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) WMS experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or implementation experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading or owning functional and technical workstreams within a WMS implementation.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands on technical (MOCA, SQL, API-based integration, and Java development) and functional (BY WMS application configuration capabilities, common pitfalls, and warehousing best practices.) experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead functional or technical workstreams within Blue Yonder WMS implementation projects.
• Translate client business requirements into BY WMS solution designs and configuration specifications.
• Configure and customize BY WMS components aligned with business and integration requirements.
• Coordinate with Delivery Leads to manage workstream timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Develop and review functional and technical specifications for modifications, interfaces, and reports.
• Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and client team members.
• Support system integration, SIT/UAT testing, and go-live activities.
• Author and review design documentation, functional specs, and procedural guides throughout the project lifecycle.
