Job summary

Accenture seeks a experienced Blue Yonder WMS Lead to own workstreams in WMS implementations. You will translate business requirements into BY WMS designs, configure components, and guide delivery across functional and technical domains.

You will mentor junior consultants, support SIT/UAT testing, and contribute to go-live activities. Travel may be required in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Blue Yonder WMS experience.
• 3+ years consulting or implementation in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• 2+ years leading or owning functional and technical workstreams within a WMS implementation.
• 2+ years hands-on technical (MOCA, SQL, API-based integration, and Java development) and functional (BY WMS configuration, warehousing best practices) experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years of work experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional or technical workstreams within Blue Yonder WMS implementation projects.
• Translate client business requirements into BY WMS solution designs and configurations.
• Configure and customize BY WMS components to meet business and integration needs.
• Coordinate with Delivery Leads to manage timelines and dependencies.
• Develop and review functional/technical specs for modifications, interfaces, and reports.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and client team members.
• Support SIT/UAT testing and go-live activities.
• Author and review design documents and procedural guides.
