Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled Blue Yonder WMS Lead to own and drive workstreams in complex WMS implementations. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, configure BY WMS components, and guide teams through delivery milestones.

The role requires deep BY WMS and MOCA/SQL/Java experience, strong consulting background, and the ability to collaborate across functional and technical domains. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Blue Yonder WMS experience.
• 3+ years of consulting or implementation in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• 2+ years leading functional and technical WMS workstreams.
• 2+ years hands-on MOCA/SQL/API-based integration and Java development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional or technical workstreams within Blue Yonder WMS implementation projects.
• Translate client requirements into BY WMS designs and configuration specs.
• Configure and customize BY WMS components per business/integration needs.
• Coordinate with Delivery Leads on timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and review specs for modifications, interfaces, and reports.
• Guide junior consultants and client teams.
• Support SIT/UAT testing and go-live activities.
• Author and review design docs and procedural guides.
