Job summary

Ektello is seeking a detail-oriented WMS Analyst / Systems Specialist for a Plano, TX engagement. You will own the WMS as the primary SME, troubleshoot integrations, configure workflows, and lead implementation efforts to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

You will monitor performance, resolve issues under time pressure, and develop SOPs. The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-team collaboration, and strong data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, supply chain, or logistics.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or project management roles.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar enterprise systems and sales order management apps.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve WMS errors, data discrepancies, and integration failures between WMS and ERP/TMS/EDI systems.
• Monitor WMS performance and proactively resolve recurring issues affecting operations.
• Lead new system implementation projects, including warehouse launches and software setup.
• Configure workflows for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to map business requirements to WMS capabilities.
• Test modifications, escalate complex issues to IT or vendors, and document resolutions.
