Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. seeks an experienced WMS Systems Specialist to act as the on-site anchor for our warehouse management ecosystem, focusing on Manhattan SCALE and related technologies.

You will bridge operations with system logic, troubleshoot real-time issues, and coordinate with floor leadership to maximize uptime and accuracy. You will configure and optimize WMS settings, participate in UAT, and deliver user enablement across inbound, putaway, picking, and shipping workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years hands-on WMS experience, Manhattan SCALE preferred
• Experience in 3PL distribution or regulated environments is a strong plus
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's degree preferred
• Manhattan Associates training or WMS Super-User certification is an asset

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site SME for Manhattan SCALE and related systems
• Diagnose and resolve real-time transaction issues and data discrepancies
• Monitor data flows and interfaces between SCALE and ERP systems
• Lead UAT, training, and floor coaching to ensure uptime and data integrity
