This position is located at 11681 State Ave, Kansas City, Kansas, 66111 United States.

Role Summary

We are currently searching for a bright, operationally alert, and technically inclined individual to support our distribution centers' software products. The candidate must be highly motivated with an aptitude to learn new technologies quickly. This job involves acting as a super-user for the warehouse system, so a good operational understanding and ability to learn new systems are essential.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support Distribution Centers using Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Support for Direct, Retail, Wholesale, and OMNI systems.
  • Identify issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
  • Research and troubleshoot procedure and software-related issues.
  • Communicate effectively to track issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Manage systems including WMS (AS400), Labor Management, AL Systems, Vanderlande Industries, TGW Automation.
  • Assist in planning new processes, leveraging warehouse experience to ensure system functionality.
  • Collaborate professionally, managing multiple projects with leadership and accountability.
  • Analyze field requests for validity, measure effectiveness, and meet deadlines.
  • Create and deliver training documentation.
  • Support configuration/upgrade activities for DC software.
  • Perform QA testing for new releases and upgrades.
Role Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of logistics systems, processes, and data relationships.
  • Experience with WM / PkMS, MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexible schedule, with some travel required.
