Job Description: Epic EHR L2 Support Analyst – Clindoc – Stork – Bugsy

This opportunity with Deloitte under their Project Delivery Model (PDM) offers a long-term, onsite client service delivery role where you’ll contribute to improving the way health systems provide patient care through the support of an Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR).

What You’ll Do:

  1. Provide L2 Epic Support: Troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and test issues related to Epic modules, including Clindoc, Stork, and Bugsy.
  2. Engage with End Users: Work directly with end users to diagnose and resolve Epic system issues professionally and promptly.
  3. System Maintenance & Testing: Conduct system maintenance, resolve Workqueue errors, and participate in testing activities like printer mapping, downtime simulations, and updates.
  4. Documentation & Collaboration: Develop and maintain system documentation, testing scripts, and collaborate with offshore teams for seamless support.
  5. Communication & Reporting: Communicate effectively with managers, team members, and stakeholders, providing status updates and escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in at least one Epic module (Clindoc, Stork, Bugsy). Additional certifications are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environments, or healthcare IT.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Team-oriented with adaptability to change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical demonstrations.
