Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a System Analyst to serve as the central POC with the Government for WMS requirements. The role focuses on analyzing transactions, evaluating system changes, and coordinating with users to resolve operational issues.

The candidate should have at least three years of experience with WMS, MIS, and QMF, and be proficient with Microsoft Office tools. A SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience using WMS or equivalent warehouse management system within the past five (5) years.
• Broad knowledge of supply program relationships to manage material through receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, packing, and transportation.
• Operates WMS, MIS, QMF and Warehouse Management Systems as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactions and supply data to identify problem areas.
• Assess feasibility of consolidating, eliminating, or expanding interrelated supply system functions.
• Provide impact analysis of new changes to the system and regulations.
• Coordinate with users and management to resolve operational problems.
• Research functional problem areas and support program reviews with data analysis.
• Recommend system changes affecting enterprise operations and ensure compliance.
• Advise management on process improvements and operational risk related to WMS.
• Serve as SME on supply system operations and reporting.
• Develop and interpret policies governing warehouse management and supply processes.
• Independently propose corrective actions to improve efficiency and contract performance.
