Job summary

UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a Supply System Analyst to support the MDMC Production Plant Albany. Responsibilities include analyzing transactions to identify issues, evaluating system improvements, and coordinating with users to resolve operational problems.

The role acts as the WMS POC, handles QMF query writing, and ensures compliance with safety and OSHA requirements. A high school diploma is required, with a preferred Associate/Bachelor degree in logistics or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Associate/Bachelor degree preferred in Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum of three years of experience using WMS or equivalent.
• Knowledge of WMS policies and procedures within the past five years.
• Trained as a QMF query writer to create new queries.
• Knowledge of warehousing methods and material handling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for supervisory role.
• MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactions/data to identify problem areas.
• Assess feasibility of consolidating/enhancing interrelated supply systems functions.
• Provide impact analysis for proposed changes to system/regulations.
• Coordinate with functional users to resolve operational issues.
• Serve as WMS point of contact and research workload trends.
• Perform WMS transaction inquiries and serve as system analyst as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain safety awareness.
• Manage Company Owned Property and Government Furnished Property and Equipment.
• Ensure work complies with OSHA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
