Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a skilled Supply Systems Analyst to support DLA Distribution operations. The role focuses on analyzing WMS transactions, ensuring accurate movement of material, and resolving operational issues across receipt, storage, and distribution.

The ideal candidate has hands-on WMS experience, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work with government and contractor teams to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience using DLA's Warehouse Management System (WMS) or equivalent within past five years.
• Experience analyzing WMS transactions and supply data to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Broad knowledge of supply and distribution operations (receipt, storage, inventory, issue, packing, transport).
• Ability to research complex problems and develop practical solutions.
• Ability to work with government and contractor personnel at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze WMS transactions and supply data to identify and resolve problem areas.
• Research and determine root causes of discrepancies or process failures.
• Coordinate with functional users to resolve operational and system-related problems.
• Evaluate and adapt supply functions; assess impact of changes to WMS and policies.
• Provide recommendations to improve system functionality, efficiency, and data accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of issues, research, actions, and improvements.
• Support inventory management and material accountability as directed.
