Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking an experienced Supply Systems Analyst to support DLA Distribution operations in San Diego. The role focuses on using DLA's WMS to analyze supply transactions, resolve issues, and ensure accurate movement and accountability of material throughout distribution.

The ideal candidate has hands-on WMS experience and strong knowledge of supply, warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations, working with government and contractor teams to identify problems and

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing WMS transactions and supply system data to identify discrepancies, trends, and issues.
• Broad knowledge of supply and distribution operations including receipt, storage, warehousing, inventory, issue, packing and transportation.
• Ability to research complex problems and develop practical solutions.
• Ability to work with Government and contractor personnel at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze WMS transactions and supply system data to identify problem areas.
• Research functional and system-related issues to determine root causes.
• Coordinate with users to resolve operational and system-related problems.
• Evaluate changes to WMS functionality and assess impacts on operations.
• Provide recommendations to improve system functionality, efficiency, and data accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of issues, research, actions, and improvements.
