Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an experienced Applications Architect for Warehouse Management Systems to drive operational excellence across a Denver-area distribution footprint. You will lead WMS implementations, optimize processes, and ensure seamless integration with ERP, TMS, MES, and automation tech such as conveyors and robotics.

The role requires deep warehouse expertise, a track record in process design and change management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8 years of warehouse operations and distribution center experience.
• 5 years of experience implementing or supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience managing warehouse automation projects and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service level compliance.
• Develop and implement warehouse KPIs, operational dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Analyze current warehouse processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.
• Standardize operational procedures and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Lead change management activities during process and technology transformations.
• Lead Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into system configurations.
• Design and oversee integrations between WMS, ERP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), MES, and third-party applications.
