Blink Health in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Logistics Specialist to own inbound and outbound dock operations, coordinating with carriers to maximize throughput at a single dock door. This onsite role requires 2+ years in logistics, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and WMS/TMS.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate receiving, scheduling, and documentation while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience scheduling carrier pickups in high-volume environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with WMS or TMS preferred.
• Ability to stay accurate under pressure and balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily dock schedule and coordinate inbound receipts and outbound shipments.
• Serve as primary contact for carriers and suppliers; communicate changes and requirements.
• Monitor shipment status in real time and adjust schedules to avoid delays.
• Verify inbound deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Coordinate outbound staging and carrier pickup; ensure labeling and readiness.
• Maintain dock safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with inventory, workplace services, and building management to align priorities.
• Support process improvements and adopt new procedures.
