Mujin US is seeking a Product Manager - WES/WMS to lead real-time warehouse orchestration solutions, spanning software, robotics, and operations. You will shape roadmaps, align features with customer needs, and drive profitability and scalability of the product portfolio.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial automation product management, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years in product management in industrial automation, robotics, or related tech.
• Experience with agile software development and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Product Management from concept to retirement.
• Develop product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Oversee portfolio performance, ensuring profitability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory standards to inform product positioning and value propositions.
• Partner with engineering, R&D, sales, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions on time and within budget.
• Bridge the gap between software and hardware implementation.
