Job summary

Premium Guard, Inc in Weirton, WV is seeking a Warehouse Operations Analyst to analyze data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and prioritize inbound and outbound workflow to support organizational objectives. You will monitor WMS, develop daily and weekly plans, execute workflows, and ensure accurate information is communicated to teams.

The role requires 2+ years of WMS experience and an associate degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of WMS knowledge and operational experience.
• Assoc. degree in SCM or related field preferred.
• Experience in inbound/outbound workflow planning and execution.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess WMS to maximize workflow efficiency.
• Analyze WMS inputs and develop daily/weekly plans.
• Execute WMS workflows aligned with management goals.
• Communicate complete information to responsible teams.
• Provide supervisor with feedback on workflow issues.
• Investigate and resolve workflow issues; assist with upgrades.
