Job summary

Premium Guard, Inc in Weirton, WV is seeking a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Analyst for full-time days. The role focuses on analyzing WMS data, prioritizing inbound/outbound work, and executing tactical plans to support company goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of WMS experience and an associate's degree in supply chain or related field. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with overtime; pay is $22.25 per hour and benefits include medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of WMS knowledge and operations experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess WMS to maximize workforce efficiency against outbound volume demands.
Analyze WMS inputs and develop inbound and outbound daily and weekly plans.
Execute WMS workflows that align with management goals.
Communicate complete and accurate information to teams responsible for the work.
Provide feedback to the supervisor on workflow issues.
Evaluate work processes for efficiency.
Investigate and resolve workflow issues and assist with software upgrades.
Act as liaison between internal and external parties for WMS support and upgrades.
