Job summary

General Motors seeks a WMS Analyst to plan, deploy, and maintain Warehouse Management System configurations supporting efficient operations. You will collaborate with MGO, EPS, PPS, and production teams to ensure system performance and continuous improvement.

You will develop training for end users, participate in requirements gathering, and lead readiness activities for WMS deployment, while supporting ongoing operational needs across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering with 5 years of equivalent plant floor experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (MGO, PPS, EPS) preferred.
• Multi plant and/or functional experience preferred.
• Experience with GMS SLT implementation and execution.
• Experience in a Materials Office environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current material processes and close gaps with action items.
• Lead requirements gathering and achieve project milestones.
• Lead WMS training development and execution for End Users.
• Support leaders and team members in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Plan and lead plant readiness to deploy WMS.
• Configure and support planning for MGO, PPS, EPS, and WMS.
