Job summary

Panasonic North America seeks an experienced WMS Implementation Lead to design, configure, deploy, and optimize Blue Yonder WMS SaaS across Panasonic Logistics operations and client sites in the U.S. You will bridge warehouse operations, customers, the WMS vendor, and 3PL partners to achieve labor reduction and quality gains using Lean methods.

You will manage end-to-end deployments, collaborate with finance and IT, and drive ongoing optimization while ensuring data accuracy and stable

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in warehouse/3PL operations, WMS implementation, and supply chain tech.
• Deep Blue Yonder WMS (SaaS) implementation and configuration experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or comparable training preferred.
• Candidates located in Fontana, CA, Aurora, IL, or Savannah, GA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS SaaS implementation, configuration, and deployment.
• Configure inbound/outbound, slotting, wave planning, labor, and yard operations.
• Design test plans, manage cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities; ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with customers, operators, and Blue Yonder to align roadmap with requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and root-cause analysis.
