DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations System Manager (WMS Manager) to optimize inventory management and overall warehouse efficiency. You will configure, maintain and integrate the Warehouse Management System, ensuring data flows smoothly across ERP, TMS, and order management systems.

The role requires a IT-related bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of transportation or logistics experience, plus 4+ years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or similar field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of transportation or logistics experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration, setting up parameters, workflows, and rules for inventory management.
• System Maintenance, upgrades, issue resolution, and performance assurance.
• User Training, creating materials and delivering sessions with ongoing support.
• Data Analysis to identify trends and optimize inventory levels.
• System Integration with ERP, TMS, PKGS or order management systems.
• Technical Support for site team and customers; develop and execute test and project plans.
