Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is looking for an experienced Operations System Manager (WMS Manager) to oversee warehouse systems and optimize inventory using WMS, TMS, PKGS, and ERP integrations.

The role requires 4+ years in logistics, a IT-related Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Travel is required for the first 1-2 years before full onsite at Manhattan WMi with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
• 4+ years of transportation or logistics experience required.
• 4+ years in a similar operations systems role required.

Responsibilities

• System configuration: set up parameters, workflows, and rules for inventory management.
• System maintenance: coordinate upgrades and resolve issues to keep systems running.
• User training: develop materials and deliver training for system users.
• Data analysis to identify trends and optimize inventory levels.
• System integration with ERP/TMS/PKGS for seamless data flow.
• Provide technical support and develop/test project plans.
