Responsibilities include maintaining warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems, creating dashboards with SQL, and training teammates while ensuring policy compliance and thorough system documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.
• 1+ years of transportation or logistics experience, or experience in a similar role, is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the business.
• Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency.
• Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports.
• Identify and address potential issues and risks.
• Create and maintain dashboards using SQL.
