Qualifications

• Two+ years in a WMS environment and strong cycle-counting knowledge.
• Understanding of receiving through shipping processes in a warehouse.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues with practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support WMS and cycle-count personnel.
• Monitor WMS activity and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Protect inventory accuracy by identifying and resolving gaps.
• Configure pick zones, replenishment strategies, and locations.
• Support RF equipment, PCs, and other DC technology.
• Partner with receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment teams.
