Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting warehouse systems, WMS platforms, inventory systems, ERP applications, or operational software in logistics/distribution.
• Experience with inventory transactions, RF scanners, handheld devices, and operational troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support resource for warehouse management systems and inventory platforms.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and transaction failures; support end users.
• Liaise with warehouse operations, tech support, and vendors to maintain continuity.
