Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is looking for an Implementation Design Lead I who will serve as the technical resource on multiple projects. You will support the Implementation Analysts by developing technical requirements, configurations, and ensuring technical readiness of systems.

This role includes responsibilities such as analyzing business requirements for WMS implementations, collaborating with stakeholders, and facilitating training sessions. An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience, and the ability to travel nationwide 40%-70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT similar field or 4+ years experience in IT with technical design background.
• Experience in WMS implementations and support of business systems.
• Ability to travel 40%-70% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of systems development concepts and software demonstrations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the WMS system with existing processes.
• Facilitate training for associates and business partners.
