Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Senior Implementation Design Lead to oversee WMS design, architecture, and integration across multiple complex projects. This role partners with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solution designs and guide end-to-end implementations.

You will lead technical directions, mentor the implementation team, provide training, and drive continuous improvement to optimize operating efficiency and data-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is required.
• 7+ years experience in an IT environment with a technical design background.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of WMS solutions with the implementation team.
• Translate complex business needs into WMS system designs.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align implementations with objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in WMS performance.
