The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of work experience in an IT environment. Responsibilities include facilitating training for staff and assisting in project planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in the implementation and support of business systems.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports Supply Chain solutions within assigned DHL Supply Chain Division.
• Participates in development of project plans for implementation tasks.
• Facilitates training for hourly associates, supervisors, and managers.
