Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Implementation Analyst I to implement and support Supply Chain IT solutions across client sites, including warehouse management systems, testing, training, and post-implementation support. You will work with internal and external customers to coordinate systems, timelines, and solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role is based remotely within the Eastern Time Zone and offers a national salary range, with California and Washington exceptions noted in policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent 4 years work experience required.
• 2+ years experience in an IT environment required.
• Experience in the implementation and support of business systems required.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports Supply Chain IT solutions within DHL Supply Chain Division.
• Supports quality delivery of predefined IT solutions including system setup, testing, training, implementation and post-implementation support.
• Participates in User Acceptance Testing and documents SOPs to support operational development.
• Assists in developing and publishing work processes and applies DHL project administration processes.
