Fulfillment IQ is seeking a MAWM Solution Design Lead to own end-to-end Manhattan Active WM designs for multi-site rollouts. You will drive operational conversations with DC leaders and translate needs into scalable design options, coaching the client team for long-term independence.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in Manhattan WMS, demonstrate design leadership across sites, and excel in complex, client-facing engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of recent hands-on Manhattan WMS experience.
• Design lead experience on Manhattan WMS programs.
• Experience across multiple DCs/sites in phased rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and operations.
• Proven ability to run workshops with operations and IT teams.
• Ability to produce functional specs and design documentation.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% and work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for Manhattan Active WM across sites.
• Assess current-state processes against templates and identify gaps.
• Facilitate workshops with DC operations and business teams.
• Translate requirements into multiple solution options with tradeoffs.
• Present demos or proofs of concept to support decisions.
• Create and maintain design specifications and docs.
• Mentor client IT teams for long-term capability on the platform.
• Collaborate with configuration, technical, and testing teams.
• Present proposals and recommendations to stakeholders.
