Job summary

SanMar Corp. is seeking an MH&P Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders across Distribution and IT, driving improvements to DC production processes and WMS systems.

You will help plan solutions, document systems, and act as vendor liaison for distribution software and hardware. The role requires 1–3 years in technology-based distribution environments, excellent Excel and SQL abilities, and travel up to 50%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with technology-based distribution systems including high output printers and label media.
• Experience with SanMar systems such as Warehouse Management (HighJump/Korber) and Parcel Management (Proship) preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to write basic to intermediate SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements for distribution systems.
• Research, analyze, and troubleshoot SanMar distribution systems and their dependencies.
• Support project managers with detailed project plans and status reporting.
