Job summary

Accenture in Massachusetts seeks a highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS leader to architect, deliver, and optimize large-scale warehouse management solutions across complex supply chains. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, design scalable WMS architectures, and partner with senior client stakeholders to shape strategy and drive value through digital fulfillment transformations.

Travel up to 0-100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in WMS, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment technology.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on Blue Yonder/WMS architecture, design, or implementation experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading large, complex WMS or supply chain transformation programs in a client-facing/delivery lead capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Bonus points for deep BY WMS knowledge, warehouse processes, and multi-system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS solutions for complex clients across industries.
• Define requirements, perform fit/gap analyses, lead pilots, and design scalable WMS solutions.
• Ensure interoperability across ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS/MHE, and related systems.
• Develop detailed solution specs, integration designs, and technical documentation.
• Provide architectural governance and design assurance throughout delivery.
