Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS/WLM Architect to design and deliver large-scale warehouse management and supply chain solutions. You will lead architecture sessions, blueprinting, and end-to-end design across retail, manufacturing, and logistics, collaborating with clients and delivery teams.

The role requires deep BY/JDA expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor teams while advancing delivery practices. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience architecting, designing, or implementing Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie WMS and/or WLM solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading medium to large-scale WMS projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall corporate experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics technology, or enterprise system integration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and technical delivery of BY WMS and WLM solutions across retail, CPG, manufacturing, logistics, and omnichannel fulfillment environments.
• Facilitate solution blueprinting, architecture workshops, functional mapping, and end-to-end design sessions to translate business requirements into scalable designs.
• Develop integrated supply chain execution solutions including warehouse management, labor management, automation, and ERP/OMS/TMS/WCS connections.
• Create and validate technical specifications, configuration scripts, data structures, and integration frameworks.
• Serve as the technical liaison between project managers, solution architects, product management, and customer stakeholders.
