Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS practitioner for advisory and delivery across complex BY WMS programs in a technical leadership role. You will mentor delivery teams and help grow the practice while engaging with client stakeholders.

Role requires leading design, workshops, and architecture alignment, with travel as needed. Massachusetts-based position, competitive compensation and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience with design capabilities.
• Minimum of 2 years in Blue Yonder development practices: MOCA, SQL, API integration, and Java.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience) in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery across complex BY WMS programs.
• Lead workshops and reviews with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define architectures aligned with requirements and constraints.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across all phases.
• Mentor junior/mid-level consultants within technical discipline.
• Contribute to practice development via accelerators and assets.
• Support pre-sales, demos, scoping, and SOW input.
• Establish and enforce documentation standards and best practices.
