Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS leader to architect, deliver, and optimize large-scale warehouse management solutions across complex supply chain environments. You will guide teams, advise executives, and shape digital fulfillment strategies with a focus on BY WMS (Discrete/SaaS) and integration across ERP, TMS, OMS, and WCS/MHE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in WMS, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment technology.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Blue Yonder WMS architecture, design, or implementation experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading large, complex WMS or supply chain transformation programs in a client-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent experience (minimum 6 years).
• Deep knowledge of BY WMS and strong warehouse process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS solutions for complex clients across industries.
• Define requirements, perform fit/gap, lead pilots, and design scalable WMS solutions.
• Ensure interoperability across ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS/MHE, and other systems.
• Develop detailed specifications, integration designs, and technical docs.
• Provide architectural governance and design assurance across delivery lifecycle.
• Lead delivery of complex BY WMS programs, including configuration, testing, deployment, training, and cutover.
• Manage scope, risks, RAID logs, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Guide client discussions, value assessments, and transformation roadmaps.
