Job summary
Accenture in the United States seeks a seasoned Blue Yonder WMS leader to architect, deliver and optimize large-scale warehouse management solutions across complex supply chains. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive pre-sales, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape transformation programs spanning ERP, TMS, OMS, and WCS/MHE integrations.
Travel may be required. This role demands deep BY WMS knowledge and a proven ability to deliver measurable business value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in WMS, supply chain, or fulfillment tech.
- At least 8 years hands-on Blue Yonder WMS architecture, design, or implementation.
- 8+ years leading large WMS or supply chain transformation programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years work exp).
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end BY WMS solutions for complex clients.
- Define requirements, perform fit/gap, lead pilots, design scalable WMS.
- Ensure interoperability across ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS/MHE, and other systems.
- Provide architectural governance across the delivery lifecycle.
- Lead delivery of BY WMS programs with testing, deployment, and stabilization.
