Job summary

URBN is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to support our distribution centers’ software products, acting as a super-user for warehouse systems and driving process improvements. You will interact with WMS (AS/400), labor and other automation systems while coordinating across teams and ensuring alignment with the standard operating model.

Candidates should have 2+ years in logistics or related tech environments, strong analytical skills, and proven collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or related technical environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics interactions between systems and processes.
• Experience with WM / PKMS and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in team and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Support Distribution Centers using Manhattan Associates WMS.
• Provide direct, retail, wholesale, and OMNI systems support.
• Identify issues and coordinate resolution with the team.
• Research and troubleshoot procedures and software issues.
• Escalate when needed with clear communication.
• Collaborate across systems including WMS, LM, AL, Vanderlande, TGW.
• Assist in planning new processes and ensure system functionality.
• Create training documentation.
• Assist with configuration/upgrade changes.
• Perform QA testing for releases and upgrades.
